Job Responsibilities:
Lead Software development efforts associated with engineering products. Individual must have the ability to read and understand system requirements, formulate a software design approach based on those requirements, develop software aligned with defined coding standards & test the software. The selected candidate is expected to have a background in developing products and troubleshooting and will be involved in all aspects of the system software development process (concept, design, validation and production). There will be frequent interaction with project management both locally and overseas and need to work with customers at global locations across different time zones.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant area of expertise- Cloud Computing
- (MS Azure), C#, ASP.NET, SQL database programming
- Strong working knowledge of web services and micro-services
- Good debugging skills for troubleshooting production issues
- Passionate to learn newer trends and technologies and should be strong in adapting the tools for the same
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge on Python
- Knowledge on AWS
Other Skills:
- Understanding of the entire system development process
- Strong English communication skills - oral and written
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
- Go getter, result-driven, and works independently with minimal supervision
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
